Health Research Survey
As a supplier I developed a Proof Of Concept, Prototype, and Focus Group Survey that worked across all platforms, operating systems and devices for a Health Research project. The initial work included design and workflow documentation followed by domain creation, server configuration, database configuration, and deployment of the survey framework to each of the three environments.

Thanks to a rapidDAD (Design and Development) survey framework and workflow, developed from years of IT experience. Concept design using UML documentation and screenshots assisted the research team in the bid for this contract.

Survey Security
We take data security and privacy of personal information seriously. All survey data and personal data are protected by a domain SSL using https protocol for data transfer. Database password encription and injection protection is used on the server side to protect against malicious data attack, phishing access and malware. Further security is in place to prevent denial of service attacks and other hacking methods.
Pegasus Roll Out
As a Deployment Consultant working on the successful national roll out to over 480 stores for the Pegasus project my role was to provide configurationt and support on all the live VPS servers and support across a limited number of project test environments. Telecoms: As BEA External Consultant working for a BEA client using WLS 9.2 using WLST and WLDF. My assignments included migration from version 6 to version 9, resolving deployment, architectural, performance and support related issues as well as training, mentoring and giving presentations to groups. Completion of assignments included a report for the client and BEA.
Telecoms: As a BEA External Consultant working for a BEA client on the Ericsson Personal Greeting Service SIP PGS project using BEA WLSS 3.0, WLS 9.2. My role involved 50% consultancy/architecture, 50% design/development. The PGS application included architecture design and development of an Application scoped Work Manager. Consultation on using WLSS, WLS, WLST, WLDF and involvement in code reviews
